As a sales manager you have two options for delivering this content to your team members.
- Let Joe do the training, by using the video training provided in a conference room, conference call or webinar setting.
- Or you as the manager /trainer, watch the video, then use the Powerpoint slides provided to deliver Joe’ core content to your team.
In either case, hand outs, action items, notes pages and more are provided for you to make the training effective and smooth.
